  23. If you're having trouble with one of them, give us a chance to fix it.  Drop a 
  24. note to us at "support@os.hayes.com".  Be sure to send the modem an "ATi3" 
  25. first and send those numbers to us so we can be certain of which ROM level is 
  26. in there.
